User Agreement
for Smart Budget, Smart Planner, SmartCalc

Introduction Welcome to our apps: Smart Budget, Smart Planner, and SmartCalc (collectively referred to as the “Apps”). By using these Apps, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using the Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to the terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must refrain from using the Apps.

2. Use of the Apps

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this User Agreement. You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the Apps, and we do not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or consequences of your financial planning, tasks, or calculations.

3. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

4. Third-Party Services

The Apps may use third-party services, such as currency exchange rates, APIs for unit conversions, or cloud storage, to enhance their functionality. These services are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Intellectual Property

The Apps and their content, including all software, images, graphics, and logos, are owned by GoldFly Apps or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps as per the terms of this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruptions. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Apps, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or system failures.

7. Changes to the User Agreement

We may update or modify this User Agreement from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes through the Apps. Continued use of the Apps after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you violate any of the terms in this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of the Apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Larnaca, Cyprus.
